Do you love performing? How about performing live on a theatre stage? Then you need to enter this year’s Yorkshire’s Got Talent.
After it’s huge online success in 2020/21, York’s pandemic-defying talent contest is back and with no more lockdowns holding it back, it will be bigger than ever this year!
All competitors will take part in an online competition to earn the right to perform live on stage and showcase their talent, competing for a £250 prize. The 10 acts with the most votes will be put through to the next round along with three wildcards, until the finalists have been found. With performers from all across Yorkshire, plus some West End guest stars, there will be a wide range of talents to enjoy, providing a show fit to ‘Raise the Roof’ of theatre, and you could be a part of it.
Applications are still open!
Deadline for entries is 28 February, so submit yours today.
You could be performing for a judging panel straight out of the West End. Returning this year are Laura Pick and Nathan Lodge, joined by newcomer May Tether, who recently finished understudying Veronica Sawyer in the West End musical, ‘Heathers’.
Are you a singer? Dancer? Comedian? Poet? Or something we’ve never seen before?
