The North East Area of the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (NAFAS) warmly welcomes Francine Thomas from New Zealand to present a floral and musical extravaganza. Francine is an international designer, teacher and judge. As well as holding many awards, including New Zealand designer of the year 2016 and Australian Designer of the year 2018 and 2022, Francine is also the Academy Chair for New Zealand Teachers and Judges. With her contagious, energetic sense of humour and inspirational designs, based on what we see, touch and feel, Franine plans to inspire us all with new level of vibrancy and flare.
